READING DAY CELEBRATION JUNE 19

The national reading the celebration was conducted on the college auditorium at 10:00 a.m. The reading day program was comparing by Mayuri. S. The program begins with a prayer song by the prayer team in college. The college chairman Anupama R done the welcome speech. Dr Lalamani mam done the presidential address. The program was inaugurated by the goutham Krishna, manager of SVMCTE. Reading day messages delivered by Mr. J Jayakumar and keynote address was delivered by Mr Ranjit (HR trainer).The felicitation was done by Mr Jiju T S (library secratary).vote of thanks is done by Anusree S kumar Kumar. As a part of reading day students teachers of SVMCTE donated book for vendar public library. The students teacher provided some seed pen for each guest who participated in the occasion. After the program we organised and reading competition for high school students for encouraging reading habit.

As a part of B Ed curriculum and Socially Useful Productive Work, we cleaned the surroundings of puthoor police station. The programme was started with a flashmob which is done by students of the college. Then there was a meeting, the meeting was inaugurated by Sri. Murukesan R, the sub inspector of police. Presidential address was done by Mr. Goutam Krishna, manager of SVMCTE Vendar. We the students were divided into 5 groups and successfully completed our assigned duties together. We donated some plants with pot to the station. They supplied food and water for refreshment.
